At Portanovax Capital S.A. (hereinafter, “Portanovax”) we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the applicable regulations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Portanovax Capital S.A., Tax ID 30-71845962-4, with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, 6th floor, Puerto Madero, CABA, Argentina.

2. Data we collect

We collect data you provide when completing forms on the site (name and email address), as well as technical data generated by browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited, access date and time) and cookie data subject to your consent.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to send you information on real estate crowdlending opportunities, news, educational content about the real estate market and operational communications related to your subscription. We do not use your data for purposes other than those informed.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your free, express and informed consent given when filling out the form, pursuant to article 5 of Law No. 25,326.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal data while your subscription remains active or until you request its deletion. Afterwards, the data will be blocked during the limitation period for any legal actions that may arise.

6. Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may share information with technology service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as data processors under our instructions and confidentiality commitments.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@portanovax.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority in charge of enforcing data protection legislation.

8. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your personal data, including transit encryption, access controls and periodic audits.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our processes. The current version will be available on this site with its last updated date.
